Clubhouse program

Before School Care

Our center opens at 7:00 am for kids to get the proper start to their day. We provide free choice play and student interaction to prepare them for the school day. Bus transportation to Oviatt and Lakewood is provided and leaves NCA at 7:30 am.

After School Care

Children arrive from Oviatt, Orchard Hills, and Lakewood between 3:15 and 3:40. This is provided Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. Wednesday starting at 1:30.

School Days Off

We are still open even when your child does not have school. We plan fun activities on these days like baking, having a glow in the dark party in the gym and field trips! We will let you know ahead of time if a field trip is planned!

Weather Delays

Our center will still open at 7:00 am and will consist of normal programming. In the morning for a delay, we provide students with activities until they depart for school.

Early out delays will run like any normal Wednesday early out schedule.

Example Afternoon for a Clubhouse Student:

  • Snack

  • Bible (a craft to follow on Wednesdays)

  • Free play in our classroom
  • In our classroom, we have centers suitable for an elementary-aged child including toys for building, imaginative play, art supplies, and board games. 

  • Free play in the gym or outside (weather permitting) 

    • In our gym, we have basketball hoops, balls, waffle blocks, and mats for gymnastics. 

    • Outside we have tons of green space to run around and play whatever game their imagination allows them, a playground, gaga pit, and scooters. 

Clubhouse Summer

Summers at NCA are so much fun!! We provide a safe, educational, and fun-filled environment! Each summer we focus on a different theme that helps the kids learn something new! We also include Bible time, this is a great time for our students to learn about God and how He loves every single one of them!

 

Example Week During Summer at NCA:

Monday: Picnic in the park

Tuesday: Pool

Wednesday: Field Trip

Thursday: Pool

Friday: NCA activity day
